Assignment Name and Brief Description of Main Deliverables or Outputs

The overall objective of this assignment is to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project’s procurement processes by rendering assistance to the Company in implementation of the Project, including review of designs, all aspects of procurement, contract administration and disbursement. The Consultant is to provide assistance in the procurement and implementation of the contracts in a detailed manner in accordance with the procedures, specifications and documentation of the Bank and pursuant to all other agreements stipulated in the Loan Agreement signed between the Company and EBRD. Provided services included:
a) Inspection of buildings and structures for resistance to further use, i.e. building statics assessments by a properly licensed firm; topographical surveys of the site;
b) Confirmation that the existing maintenance and administration building, if rehabilitated, is fit for the purposes of the Project, and
c) Additional environmental surveys and assessment, as required.
d) Rehabilitation of the Old Depot facilities, including supply and installation of various equipment; and
e) Supply and installation of the equipment for ticketing system, including onboard computers for busses.
